2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 7day, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number and email address.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on 7day can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are fully secure and encrypted. 7day does not charge any additional transaction fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending until verification is complete.
• 7day reserves the right to suspend transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.

6Prohibited activities

10Dispute Resolution
